  "text": "Energy Conservation\nMade 27th June 2012\nLaid before Parliament 28th June 2012\nComing into force 28th January 2013\nTo the extent required by section 40(8)(a) of the Energy Act 2011, the Scottish Ministers have given consent and in accordance with section 40(8)(b) they have been consulted.\nThe Welsh Ministers have been consulted in accordance with section 40(12) of the Energy Act 2011.\nAccordingly, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12(2)(b), (5)(c) and (6) and 40(1) of the Energy Act 2011 Act, makes the following Regulations:",
