  "text": "(1) A person may apply to the Secretary of State for authorisation to act as a green deal installer certification body.\n(2) An applicant must—\n(a) be an accredited installer certification body; and\n(b) supply with an application—\n(i) the information in paragraphs 1 to 3 and section 4 of Schedule 1; and\n(ii) the applicant’s membership list.",
