# The Green Deal Framework (Disclosure, Acknowledgment, Redress etc.) Regulations 2012, Regulation 3: Notices

Extent: E+W+S

A notice under these Regulations—
(a) must be in writing; and
(b) may be transmitted by electronic means unless the recipient has indicated unwillingness to accept notices in that way.
