# The Green Gas Support Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Introduction: Introductory text

Made at 12.40 p.m. on 14th May 2024
Laid before Parliament at 4.45 p.m. on 14th May 2024
Coming into force 4th June 2024
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 100 and 104(2) of the Energy Act 2008.
In accordance with section 100(7) of that Act, the Secretary of State has obtained the consent of the Scottish Ministers to the making of these Regulations.
In accordance with section 148A of the Government of Wales Act 2006 the Secretary of State has consulted the Welsh Ministers before making these Regulations.
