Regulation 10 Amendment to regulation 10 (ongoing participant obligations: general)

In regulation 10, after paragraph (1)(g), insert—

“(ga)

they must notify the Authority if they have installed a ground source heat pump or air source heat pump or both for use in the production of biomethane within 28 days of the heat pump being installed,”.
