# The Green Gas Support Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 9: Amendment to regulation 9 (ongoing participant obligations: biomethane)


In regulation 9(10)—
(a) omit the “and” after sub-paragraph (d); and
(b) after sub-paragraph (e)—
(i) insert “, and”
(ii) insert—
“(f) the kWh of electrical input supplied to any eligible heat pump.”.
