# The Green Gas Support Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2026, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Green Gas Support Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2026.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 16th October 2026, subject as follows.
(3) Regulations 7 and 10 come into force on 1st April 2027.
(4) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.
(5) In these Regulations, “2021 Regulations” means the Green Gas Support Scheme Regulations 2021.
