# The Green Hill Solar Farm Order 2026, Article 18: Removal of human remains


Where a licence issued under section 4 of the Protection of Military Remains Act 1986 (“a licence”) applies to human remains, or where the remains are found in an area identified in the construction environmental management plan as one to be treated as though a licence applies, the undertaker must comply with the terms of the licence.
