# The Green Hill Solar Farm Order 2026, Article 44: Arbitration


(1) Subject to paragraph (2), any difference under any provision of this Order must, unless otherwise expressly provided for or agreed in writing between the undertaker and the party in question, be referred to and settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules set out in Schedule 14 (arbitration rules) of this Order.
(2) Any matter for which the consent or approval of the Secretary of State is required under any provision of this Order is not subject to arbitration.
