# The Greenburn Light Railway (Scotland) Order 2003, Introduction: Introductory text

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the Light Railways Act 1896 and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order.
