# Greenham and Crookham Commons Act 2002, Paragraph 16: Vacation of office by elected Commissioners


An elected Commissioner may resign his or her office at any time by notice in writing given to the secretary of the Commissioners or, if that Commissioner is the secretary, the chairman.
