# Greenham and Crookham Commons Act 2002, Paragraph 2: Term of office of subsequent appointed Commissioners


An appointed Commissioner (other than a Commissioner appointed under paragraph 1 above) shall, unless appointed to fill a casual vacancy and subject to paragraph 3 below, hold office for the period ending on 31 May next following the anniversary of the date when the appointment takes effect.
