  "text": "The proceedings at the election of commissioners shall be conducted in accordance with the following Table.\nProceedings\nTime\nPublication of notice of election\nNot later than the twenty-fifth day before the day of election\nDelivery of nomination papers\nNot later than noon on the twelfth day before the day of election\nPublication of statement as to persons nominated\nNot later than noon on the tenth day before the day of election\nDelivery of notices of withdrawals of candidature\nNot later than noon on the ninth day before the day of election\nDespatch of ballot papers\nNot later than the eighth day before the day of election\nClose of poll\nNoon on the day of election",
