# Greenham and Crookham Commons Act 2002, Paragraph 15: Protection from personal liability


Section 265 of the Public Health Act 1875 (c. 55) (which relates to the protection from personal liability of members and officers of certain authorities when acting under the direction of the authorities) shall have effect as if references to those authorities and that Act included respectively references to the Commission and this Act.
