# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2022, Article 9: Article 57 amended (hospitals and small emitters: failure to notify when ceasing to meet criteria)


(1) Article 57 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (4) in the definition of “RE” for “paragraph 13(4)(a)” substitute “paragraph 13(4)(a)(i)”.
