  "text": "(1) Article 4A is amended as follows.\n(2) For paragraph (1)(b) substitute—\n“(b) an FA installation for the 2026 and 2027-2030 allocation periods.”.\n(3) Omit paragraph (3)(b).\n(4) In paragraph (4)—\n(a) in the words before sub-paragraph (a) for “FA installation for the 2026-2030 allocation period” substitute “FA installation for the 2026 and 2027-2030 allocation periods”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (a) for “2026-2030” substitute “2026 allocation period or the 2027-2030”;\n(c) omit sub-paragraph (aa);\n(d) in sub-paragraph (b) in the words before paragraph (i) for “2026-2030” substitute “2026 allocation period or the 2027-2030”.\n(5) In paragraph (5)—\n(a) in the words before sub-paragraph (a) for “FA installation for the 2026-2030 allocation period” substitute “FA installation for the 2026 and 2027-2030 allocation periods”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for “2025” substitute “2027”;\n(c) in sub-paragraph (c) for “FA installation for the 2026-2030 allocation period” substitute “FA installation for the 2026 and 2027-2030 allocation periods”;\n(d) in sub-paragraph (f)—\n(i) for “2026-2030 allocation period in error” substitute “2026 allocation period or the 2027-2030 allocation period in error”;\n(ii) for “FA installation for the 2026-2030 allocation period” substitute “FA installation for the 2026 and 2027-2030 allocation periods”;\n(e) omit sub-paragraph (g);\n(f) after sub-paragraph (f) insert—\n“(h) if the allocation table for the 2026 allocation period includes an entry for the installation but the allocation table for the 2027-2030 allocation period does not, the end of the 2026 scheme year.”.",
