  "text": "(1) In this Part—\n“2026 incumbent” has the meaning given in article 5;\n“Article 4 application” means an application for free allocation in the 2027-2030 allocation period under Article 4 of the Free Allocation Regulation; and a reference to the first stage of such an application must be construed in accordance with that Article;\n“sub-installation” has the same meaning as in the Free Allocation Regulation;\n“type 1 2026 incumbent” must be construed in accordance with article 5;\n“type 2 2026 incumbent” must be construed in accordance with article 5;\n“UK ETS Order” means the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Order 2020.\n(2) This Part must be interpreted as if it were part of the UK ETS Order.",
