# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2020, Article 12: Article 21 amended (cap: hospital and small emitter reduction factors)

(1) Article 21 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (4)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a) after “verified” insert “ as satisfactory ”;
(b) after sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa) determined under regulation 44 of GGETSR 2012 or article 45 of this Order;”.
