  "text": "For article 37 substitute—\n“Remittance of charges\n37 (1) The regulator must pay any charge received in accordance with a charging scheme under article 36 to the appropriate national authority (as defined in paragraph (7) of that article).\n(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to a charge received by the Secretary of State.\n(3) The registry administrator must pay any charge received in accordance with a charging scheme under article 36A to the UK ETS authority.”.",
