# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2020, Article 25: Article 49 amended (regulator must publish names of persons subject to civil penalty under article 52)

(1) Article 49 is amended as follows.
(2) After paragraph (2) insert—
“(3) This article is subject to article 75C (national security).”.
