Article 34N is amended as follows.

In paragraph (4) after “article 34R (errors in aviation allocation table)” insert “of this Order or under article 29 of the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2021 (aviation: recalculation of aviation free allocation entitlement of certain applicants)”.
