Article 21 Article 72 amended (effect of appeals)

Article 72 is amended as follows.

After paragraph (2)(c)(vi) insert—

“(vii)

Article 12(4)(b) of the Monitoring and Reporting Regulation 2018 (notice rejecting monitoring plan).”.
