Article 7 Article 28 amended (application for emissions monitoring plans)

Article 28 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1)—
(a)
after “aircraft operator must” insert “, and any other person may,”;
(b)
for “aircraft operator’s” substitute “applicant’s”.
(3)
In paragraph (2) for “An aircraft operator that” substitute “A person who”.
(4)
In paragraph (3)—
(a)
for “an aircraft operator submits a monitoring plan” substitute “a monitoring plan is submitted”;
(b)
after “Monitoring and Reporting Regulation 2018” insert “; and where such an application is made by a person who is not an aircraft operator, Articles 12 and 13 of, and Annex 1 to, that Regulation have effect as if “aircraft operator” included such an applicant”.
