# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2023, Article 13: Article 18 amended (preliminary allocation to new entrants)


(1) Article 18 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1(a) for “adopted in accordance with Article 10a(2) of Directive 2003/87/EC” substitute “set out in Annex 8”.
