  "text": "(1) Article 34C is amended as follows.\n(2) After paragraph (1)(g) insert—\n“(h) Article 5c(7) of the Activity Level Changes Regulation (activity level changes: average activity level omitting 2020 data);\n(i) article 20(5) of the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2023 (free allocation for 2024 and 2025 scheme years: lime and malt extract).”.",
