# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2023, Article 7: Article 34G amended (new entrants’ reserve)


(1) Article 34G is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (4)(b) after “determined under” insert “paragraph 4(2) of Schedule 8A,”.
