# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2024, Article 11: Article 4 amended (application for free allocation in 2026-2030 allocation period by operators of incumbent installations)


(1) Article 4 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1 for “2024” in both places substitute “2025”.
(3) In paragraph 1A for “2024” in both places substitute “2025”.
(4) In paragraph 3 for “2024” substitute “2025”.
