# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2024, Article 12: Article 5 amended (application for free allocation by new entrants)


(1) Article 5 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1 for “2024” in both places substitute “2025”.
