# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2024, Article 13: Article 15a amended (assessment of applications for free allocation by operators of incumbent installations)


(1) Article 15a is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 2(b) for “2024” substitute “2025”.
