Schedule 6 is amended as follows.

After paragraph 6(1)(b) insert—

“(c)

must apply to the regulator to vary the installation's permit in consequence of the requirement in Article 9(2a) of the Free Allocation Regulation to modify the monitoring methodology plan.”.
