Those Regulations consolidated (with amendments) and replaced the previous implementing Regulations, namely the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations 2005 (S.I. 2005/925) and the Aviation Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations 2010 (S.I. 2010/1996).",
