  "text": "(1) The Verification Regulation 2018 has effect for the purpose of the UK ETS, subject to the modifications in Schedule 5 (see also paragraph 4 of Schedule 8 which makes further modifications in relation to ultra-small emitters).\n(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to the verification of maritime emissions.",
