  "text": "Provided also That every registred Seaman or Seafareing-man being under the Age of Eighteene Yeares or above the Age of Five and Fifty Yeares shall bee exempted from Service on Board His Majesties Shipps upon such Summons as aforesaid unlesse hee or they will voluntarily enter himselfe or themselves to serve on board the same.",
