# Greenwich Hospital, etc. Act 1695, Section XVI: Proviso for Chaplains, Surgeons, &c. in the Navy.


Provided alwayes and bee itt further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That nothing in this Act contained shall bee construed to extend to the debarring any Person from being a Chaplaine Surgeon or any other Officer in any Office in the Navy not of Necessity to bee executed by a Seafareing-man.
