  "text": "ANIMALS\nDESTRUCTIVE ANIMALS\nLaid before Parliament in draft\nMade 16th April 1973\nThe Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 19 of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1972 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf after such consultation as they consider appropriate with such organisations as appear to them to represent the interests concerned hereby make the following order, a draft whereof has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament:—",
