  "text": "In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears—\n“constable” has the meaning given by section 99 (1) of the Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Act 2012,\n“premises” has the meaning given by paragraph 1 of schedule 1,\n“racetrack” has the meaning given by section 1(4),\n“responsible for”, in relation to a greyhound, is to be construed in accordance with section 1(3),\n“responsible for”, in relation to a racetrack, is to be construed in accordance with section 2(3).",
