# Groceries Code Adjudicator Act 2013, Paragraph 13


The application of the Adjudicator's seal must be authenticated by the signature of—
(a) the Adjudicator; or
(b) some other person who has been authorised by the Adjudicator for that purpose (whether generally or specially).
