# Groceries Code Adjudicator Act 2013, Paragraph 2


(1) It is an offence for a person intentionally to fail to comply with a requirement under this Schedule.
(2) It is a defence for a person charged with that offence to prove that there was a reasonable excuse for the person's failure.
