# Ground Rents Act (Northern Ireland) 2001, Section 19: Cesser of Act of 1971 as to enlargement of leases to which this Act applies


No notice of a proposal to acquire the fee simple shall be served under section 2 of the Act of 1971 in respect of any land subject to a ground rent which may be redeemed under section 1.
