Paragraph 3

Section 106 (planning obligations) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1) (which defines “planning obligation” for the purposes of that section and sections 106A and 106B) for “and 106B” substitute “ to 106C ”.

In subsection (12) (sections 106 to 106B to be subject to regulations for charging on land of sums payable in connection with planning obligations) for “and 106B” substitute “ to 106BC ”.
