# The Guarantee Payments (Exemption) (No. 1) Order 1977, Paragraph XIX: STATEMENT OF PARTICULARS UNDER CONTRACTS OF EMPLOYMENT ACT


The Working Rule Agreement, including Rule XVIII, shall be incorporated into the operative's Contract of Employment by reference in the Statement of Particulars under the Contracts of Employment Act 1972.
