Article 2 Interpretation

(1)

The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply to the interpretation of this Order as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.

(2)

The “exempted agreement” means the Agreement dated the 14th October 1974 between the Fibreboard Packing Case Employers' Association and the General and Municipal Workers' Union and the Society of Graphical and Allied Trades.
