This Agreement was amended on 1st November 1976 which becomes the operational date for this Agreement. Should this Agreement be terminated as described in 8 above, the parties agree that the terms of Guarantee Payments as provided in sections 22 to 28 of the Employment Protection Act 1975 shall immediately apply.
