Article 2 Interpretation

(1)

The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply to the interpretation of this Order as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.

(2)

The “exempted agreement” means the Agreement dated 29th March 1977 between the Multiwall Sack Manufacturers Employers' Association and the National Union of General and Municipal Workers, the Society of Graphical and Allied Trades and the Transport and General Workers' Union.
