Article 2 Interpretation

(1)

The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply to the interpretation of this Order as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.

(2)

The “exempted agreement” means the Agreement dated 30th July 1977 between the British Carton Association and the General and Municipal Workers' Union and the Society of Graphical and Allied Trades.
