# The Guarantee Payments (Exemption) (No. 15) Order 1978, Paragraph 8: Duration


This Agreement will be effective from the date of registration by the Department of Employment and may be terminated by either party on giving not less than six months' notice in writing to the other party. Should this Agreement be terminated as described, the parties agree that the terms of guarantee payments as provided in sections 22 to 28 of the Employment Protection Act 1975 shall immediately apply.
