Paragraph 32 Statement of Particulars Under Contracts of Employment Act

The Plant Hire Working Rule Agreement, including Rule 36 and Appendix shall be incorporated into the operative's Contract of Employment by reference in the Statement of Particulars under the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978.
