Article 3 Interpretation

The “collective agreement” means the Substantive Agreement of the Joint Negotiating Council for Rowntree Mackintosh Confectionery Limited made between the parties, whose descriptions are set out in Schedule 1 to this Order, on 1st January 1987 and amended on 1st March 1989.
