# The Guarantee Payments (Exemption) (No. 26) Order 1989, Article 2: Interpretation


The “collective agreement” means the Lay Off and Short Time Working Scheme of Airflow Streamlines plc made between the parties, whose descriptions are set out in Schedule 1 to this Order, on the 1st day of September 1989, and amended on the 3rd day of November 1989.
