Paragraph 1.6 Continuity of Employment-Temporary Stoppage of Work

Where an operative has been temporarily laid-off or in short-time working under NWR 1.4 or NWR 1.5 respectively, and is re-started by the employer, the employment for the purposes of NWR 13.1 is deemed to have been continuous.
